Zelnay is bravely battling a relapse of a rare and aggressive form of leukemia, and her family urgently needs to raise at least R500 000 so she can begin the next phase of her life-saving treatment.

Through every hospital visit, every treatment, and every difficult day, Zelnay continues to fight with incredible courage and a beautiful smile that inspires everyone around her.
