This month, we dedicate our Mandela Day fundraising efforts to a brave 9-year-old boy named Amogelang, from Limpopo.
Amogelang was first diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) on 14 August 2024. After a tough journey of treatment and recovery, his family was devastated to learn on 5 May 2025 that his cancer had relapsed.
Now, a life-saving bone marrow transplant is his only hope.
