#BakeADifference with Defy this National Cupcake Day

11th September, Johannesburg – In celebration of National Cupcake Day on 28 September 2019, Defy has partnered with Cupcakes of Hope and South Africa’s number 1 radio station, Metro FM to raise funds for the foundation. The partnership aims to create awareness while encouraging the community to come together and bake a difference in support of a great cause one cupcake at a time.

‘It is of huge importance that Defy, as an organisation, consistently gives back to our communities.’ says Rajan Gungiah, Head of Marketing for Defy South Africa. ‘Partnering with Cupcakes of Hope to further their on-going commitment to deliver hope across the nation enables us to do our part in making a difference.’

As part of the campaign, Defy is calling on fellow cupcake enthusiasts to whip up a tasty treat of their own and share their creations on Defy South Africa’s social platforms or by creating a cupcake online.

Visit www.defy.co.za/bakeadifference, to create your own digital cupcake and share either your physical or digital versions on social media using #BakeADifference and Defy will make a donation to the Cupcakes of Hope foundation.

Defy, believe in better.
