Congratulations to our two very special matriculants who made us so proud!
Alma:
Congratulations to Alma who received 5 distinctions! Alma also received double Cum Laude White honor blazers for Academic and Drama. It was the first time in her school’s history that a student qualified twice for a white blazer at one prize giving.
Alma was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoid Leukemia in October 2018 and received her last chemo in April 2021.
Alma, you are an inspiration to us all and we can’t wait to see you achieve your future goals effortlessly. Congrats on your brilliant result.
Xichavo:
Congratulations Xichavo for completing your Matric year with flying colors!! You’ve proved that dedication and learning end at resulting in excellent outcomes.
Xichavo was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma in 2020 and joined our Cupcakes of HOPE family in May 2021. He completed his treatment and Matric in the same year. Xichavo loves numbers and wants to become a Chartered accountant.
Cupcakes of Hope treated him to a photoshoot and lunch to celebrate his awesome achievement
