Help Princess Janique Get the Life-Saving Surgery She Desperately Needs 💛🎗️

In 2018, we met an incredible little fighter, Princess Janique, when she was just a few months old and diagnosed with Stage 3 Neuroblastoma. For years, she endured countless treatments, but none were successful. After consulting with international specialists, Janique’s diagnosis was updated to Ganglioneuroma— a growth pressing against her airway, which led to the need for a tracheostomy to help her breathe.

Now, at just 7 years old, Janique faces another crucial moment in her battle. After years of waiting and uncertainty, she’s finally made it to Memphis, Tennessee, for life-saving surgery.
In December, after months of hope and waiting, Janique’s parents, Nadine Mukheibir and Jacques Venter, received the good news: a team of world-renowned doctors in Memphis were willing to remove the tumor. With the necessary visas and documents in hand, the family quickly traveled to the U.S. to begin preparations for this critical procedure.

This week, Janique will undergo two major surgeries:

  • Surgery 1 (January 28): Closing off her right carotid artery to ensure her left artery can provide enough blood flow to her brain.
  • Surgery 2 (January 29): A 21-hour surgery at St. Jude’s Hospital to remove the tumor from her neck.

While the family remains hopeful, their journey comes with a heavy financial burden. They may need to stay in Memphis for 2-3 months for recovery and follow-up care, and the costs for medical care, accommodation, and living expenses are overwhelming.
